  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 1pm.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 8 pm.

  • Do you have on-site parking?

    Yes, on-site parking is available, plus parking bays at front and side of motel for larger vehicles.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms at Castle Crest Motel are non-smoking.

  • Do you have room service?

    Yes, breakfast and limited evening meals.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes, free Wi-Fi to all of our rooms. And common areas of the motel.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    2 minutes by car to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre with 170 shops including Big W, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and an Event Cinemas 8 Cinema Complex.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Pizza Capers, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    If a confirmed booking is cancelled;

     *Three days before arrival date - a refund will be issued, less a $25 cancellation fee per booked room.

     *Less than 2 days 50% of one night’s accommodation per room booked.

     *24 hours full nights’ accommodation per room booked.

  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $150 cash bond.
